Jonesey "Independance"
(CAG001) Released 18th May 1998.
The first release on Caged Records and the first solo release by Jonesey. This track is the one that started the ball rolling big time for us. Sampling Leftfields "Open Up". It was in the years top ten charts for Boy George, Judge Jules and Paul Van Dyk. It was featured on countless compilations including Ministry Of Sounds ‘The Ibiza Annual’ and ‘The Annual IV’.
The A side is Jonesey’s full on house mix with the breakdown of the year by far. A harder dub mix on the flip side for those who like it solid!
The Beat Generation "Hand Break Turns"
(CAG002) Released 15th June 1998. Now deleted.
A collaboration between top producer Mike ‘The Silence’ Koglin and one third of the DJ trio ‘The Fabulous Hutchinson Brothers’, Miles Hutchinson. Using some classic breaks and top old skool samples they produced two funky big beat tracks. ‘Hand Break Turns’ is featured on Breakthru Vol 1 compilation mixed by Soul Of Man.
Algebraic "Burning Up"
(CAG003) Released 27th July 1998.
Taking the well known ‘Burning Up’ sample and putting it into a pumping house style this track tore up the dancefloors all over the country and Ibiza. Produced by Jonesey

J-Dubs "Blow Ya Whistle"
(CAG004) Released 26th October 1998.
Loosely based on an old New York house track this featured on Ministry Magazines December issue on-cover CD, chosen by one of the top five clubs in the country ‘Clockwork Orange’ as a track that typified their ‘sound’. Produced by Jonesey.
A.K.A. Celestial "Lovedrug" & "Mesmerized"
(CAG005) Released 8th February 1998.
This is the breakbeat project of Leah and producer Mike ‘The Silence’ Koglin. Featuring Leah’s vocals on both tracks with a remix of ‘Mesmerized’ by the Progress boys from Derby and a house mix of ‘Lovedrug’ by Leah & Mike.
B-Boy "Front To Back"
(CAG006) Released 8th March 1999.
Another Mike ‘Koglin production. Mike teamed up with his old partner, Ricardo Da Force, from their Shytalks group (back in the early 90’s), both had completed many various projects until they met up again recently and wrote this catchy big beat inspired track. The release features the original mix and it is taken in house direction, by a Caged favourite, that man again, Jonesey.!

Well, it’s been a favourite of ours for years and after spending the last 4 ½ years tracking it down, we have finally licensed it !!! We have a top remix team doing their magic on it and hope to bring it to you in time for the summer.
